Born in Kahramanmaraş in 1979, Yusuf Şenel has combined his education and professional life from an early age. He completed his high school education at Bolu Mimar İzzet Baysal Technical and Industrial Vocational High School, graduating in 1998. Although he began studying Textile Engineering at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, he left his studies to pursue career opportunities in business. After gaining managerial experience in various sectors, he established his own business. Since the founding of Naturel Renewable Energy Trade Inc. in 2009, he has been actively involved in the company and took over all its shares in 2012, leading it to its current position. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Naturel Group, overseeing several companies operating in different sectors.

Aygen Leyla Ayözger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University (METU) and an MBA from Boston College. She started her career at İş Investment, specializing in M&A and privatization advisory. In 2005, she joined Doğan Holding, where she worked in Business Development, and between 2008–2011, she served as Head of the Energy Division, managing Petrol Ofisi operations.

Between 2011–2018, she was Vice President of Business Development, leading major M&A projects such as the Petrol Ofisi-OMV partnership and the sale of Petrol Ofisi. Since 2018, she has been Executive Board Member at Aytemiz, overseeing transformation processes. She has also served as a Board Member of Doğan Publishing and the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey. She currently serves as a Board Member at Naturel Holding.

After completing his Mechanical Engineering degree at Istanbul Technical University, Ali Aydın Pandır began his professional career between 1981–1989 at Koç Holding R&D and Otokar as an engineer and manager.
In 1990, he joined General Motors, where he held several senior positions: Opel Turkey After-Sales Manager (1990–1992), Opel International After-Sales Manager in Germany (1992–1995), Business Development Manager at GM Asia Pacific Center in Singapore (1995–1998), General Manager at Shanghai GM (1998–2000), General Manager of GM Overseas Distribution Corporation (2000–2005), and President of GM Indonesia (2005–2006).
In 2006, he joined Fiat, where he served as CEO of Tofaş until 2012 and later as Fiat Group Country Head in Turkey until 2013. In 2013, he joined Erdemir Group, serving as Chairman and CEO of Ereğli and İskenderun Iron & Steel Works until 2017. From 2021 to 2022, he was Group Companies President at Tekfen Holding.
Since 2017, he has been active in the education sector, investment, management consultancy, independent board memberships, and NGO leadership roles. He is currently a Board Member at Naturel Holding.

Born in 1957, Levent Kızıltan graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and from Boğaziçi University in Computer Programming. He also holds a “Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business” from Columbia University and MIT.

He began his career at Profilo and Alarko Holdings, later serving in management roles at Koç Burroughs Inc. From 1996 to 2003, he held Deputy General Manager and General Manager positions. In 2004, he became Group President of Information and Communication Systems at Eczacıbaşı Holding and served as Executive Board Member of Eczacıbaşı Bilişim Inc.
Between 2017–2020, he lectured at Istanbul Kültür University. He is currently a Board Member at Eczacıbaşı Bilişim Inc. and a partner in a technology investment company. He also serves as a Board Member at TÜBİSAD and holds memberships in several IT associations. He is currently a Board Member at Naturel Holding.

Okan Bayrak graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) with a degree in Economics. He began his career in 1995 as an Assistant Specialist at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) and later served as Deputy Head of the Corporate Finance Department. In 2002, he completed the Capital Markets Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He has over 25 years of senior management experience in both domestic and international private sector companies. He holds licenses in Capital Market Activities Level 3, Corporate Governance Rating, Credit Rating, Real Estate Appraisal, and Derivatives. He is currently a Board Member at Naturel Holding.

Mustafa Kemal BALİ was born in İslahiye in 1977. He completed his primary and secondary education in Kahramanmaraş and his high school education in Mersin. In 1995, he enrolled in Istanbul University Faculty of Law and graduated with high honors in 1999. Since 2000, he has been practicing as an independent attorney. Throughout his professional career, he has specialized particularly in commercial law, corporate law, contract law, and energy law. For many years, he has provided legal consultancy to numerous large-scale companies operating both in various provinces of Turkey and abroad, and has served as legal counsel to some of the country’s leading brands.

As the founder of BALİ Law Office, he continues to offer solution-oriented consultancy and legal services to both individual and corporate clients in various fields of law. Married with two children, Mustafa Kemal BALİ maintains a balance between his professional and personal life and continues his role as a Member of the Board of Directors at Naturel Holding, contributing with his legal expertise and experience.
